Can I suggest that we include a detailed step by step guide for the above in the FAQ section ? Yes, alot has been written but it can be pretty difficult to follow for newbies like myself. I guess it is also a bit frightening for those who are not that technical to read about all the trace elements dosing and all that. Perhaps it could include a newbie path in which we purchase off the shelf and what we should look out for and what sort of testing should be done ? Another section for the intermediates which go more into the PMDD. What do you think ? Some things are pretty obvious if you have been doing it for some time but some can get pretty "complex".
