Crossing to the dark side - Panda Shrimps

Hi there, I am thinking of starting a brand new 3 ft tank just for Pandas. I saw the shrimps in Hong Kong when I visited in December. And they are really nices. Before I plunge big time money into getting them, are there any members out there that is willing to share water parameters and requirements needed to keep these shrimps? I would presumed that it is near keeping CRSs conditions? I know these are closely guarded secrets. But if lesser people keep them in Singapore, then prices will never come down. Or that is the intention? Anyone willing to share?

I have read that people in my country keep them like CR shrimp. But more evident is from what water conditions this shrimp come from: A test of the water in the transportation bag should clearify the water parameter. Perhaps this video on the shrimp farm of Mr. Yeh is also interesting for you:
