cheap yamato shrimp are usually found at petmart, 60 cents ea
bioplast is out of stock for yamato, you'd have to call them to check for cherry shrimp
also a good place is tiong bahru ben, but i'm not sure about the number, sorry [:]

went to 716 today, the owner clarify they didnt carry yamatos for awhile already, those shrimp you saw are malayan and they are indeed carrying eggs and yes they cost 0.40 each.
