Very beautiful piece, it is aggressive? because I did kept a similar species before and its quite aggressive towards even tetras.

Is it ok to keep it with the sakuras ?

Looks like a Sulawesi shrimp. If is really so, it need high ph compare to CRS and don't think is suitable to live with Sakura as well.

Very nice shrimp but its two sharp weapons are a deterrence and probably built to kill less aggressive shrimps.
