I threw in some small pallets into my tank this morning but didn't realise one pallet was stuck onto a leaf.

Amazingly one small shrimp crawled up the leaf and partially out of the water to feed on it. I quickly took my camera phone and snapped a picture of it

I have experimented with shrimp walking in the basin when the water is just at their legs level. The photo is precisely that position and kept the shrimps moist and wet. It seems they "like" to be partial submerged.

    Re: Greedy Little Shrimp

I remember when i was young, those common shrimps for sales at LFS shops. I used to catch them in a net out of water, just out of curiosity, then it started walking out of the net and back into the water I was so amazed!

You have not feed them for long time or your shrimp food taste best.
