You can try the JBJ set. Worked fine for me. The only noise you'll hear is when the solenoid is in operation. A click sound will go off once, to signal that the valve is opened. Other than that it produces no sound.

I am looking into getting a CO2 Solenoid valve, and was hoping to get some advice on which to get, looking for one that's good quality and able to last long with minimum noise also.

The JBJ Solenoid regulator should be around $120 new.
Though I am using it, and I think my 2nd set, I would personally choose another brand for my next buy. This is because sometimes the regulator leaks at the "knob". Happened twice to me.
