It could be a still immature Aponogeton ulvaceus or other species like A. undulatus or natans. Try giving it some fert at the base and see if it sparks any change.
The fern like plant is a Selaginella species, which is NOT a water plant, although many LFS sell it. It will eventually rot and die off.
The green lily like plant looks like the taiwanese Nymphoides sp., which is related to the true water lilies. Nice plant. when it develops rooted off shoots on the leaves, you can detach and plant them in place of the fern and get a nice green clump.

oops... wrong ID[]

Thanks for helping me out on the names.
Any recommendation on plants that can create "bushy" look like Cabomba or sun-grass but will not out grow the tank height? Very much dwarf bushy type.
I saw a few "thin" sun-grass at a LFS yesterday and they look lovely, about 5 stalks cost $12, is that a little steep? I know Clementi sells $5 for the dward type but stock very limited. Always sold out.
And of course, lastly where else can I find these plants??
Thanks.
