Possible to enforce stricter rules in market place?

Hi Admin,

Currently the market place a lot of people selling items and buying stuffs, but most of the time, the seller and buyer fail to high light the location to deal, which is not that efficient.

Possible to make it a compulsory, so that can save time and space on the thread, meaning less people posting and sms for the location.

IMO, it may be better to indicate pickup location in the title then in the thread. (Human nature to be lazy, and they can shave more time to find things where pickup is of a convenient location to them & the seller) But i do not agree to make it compulsory.

i guess at the end of the day, there must be mutual trust and respect to make the market place (and also AQ) a better place to be at.

Too much rules will only end up with a lot of un-necessary frustration (Red Tapes). But rules and regulations are still needed and they are important cos they are here to firstly help us and then to protect us from unwanted "attentions".

Clubsnap does it quite well, as they spend a lot of man hours to resolve the issues.

When they started, same as AQ, never control well in the beginner thus ended up market place quite messy, so they divided it to multiple sections and also the fill in the blanks, and now it is well organized and nothing else to complain about.

I do know that not possible for a few man team can succeed, but AQ must think further and bigger, so that it can well prepare for it.

AQ has definitely gotten much bigger then when we started. And there are many ways AQ can expand and be better. Unfortunately, real life gets in the way far too often. Fortunately, we've managed to keep up enough to survive, despite the demise or decline of many contemporary sites.

That said, there has been a renewed vigor within recently. We shall be moving forward this year. It starts with the AQ polo-shirt. Something that AQ has stalled on many times, but will be fulfilled this year.

fotoudavid: This improvement has to be slowly done, i used the same thing during my days as a helpdesk. (Looking for stuff to follow-up became a breeze after that )

ken: I believe most members are able to add something like that, its at their own will however. But better then waste sms/mms (i rather save more for my future CO)
