    Hiyo,

Did you all realise this is going to be a boring week from Sat all the way until Friday in Singapore?

They are showcasting all the Sea games on Channel 5, hence there is NO movies on Channel 5.

    Re: Boring Week

As the tank construction need a lot of time to think, then construct, I don't think the time will be spent that much on the tank. Need a lot of thinking before deciding; moreover I am very very flicker minded to do things. I hope Eddy will come in to help with the cement structure and most likely I will only add the sand next year. ha ha.

Time will be spend constructing a new website for myself though. Luckily I still have cable tv to watch if I am really that bored. I also watch Naruto the series over the internet, still playing AOE (Age of Empire) the old game. But I do appreciate some time on movies at intervals. =) good one of course.

    Re: Boring Week

boring? No way... at least for me.

Every weekend I am up to my neck with my 3 girls until late night.

Infact I can only do my writing and planing after 0000 hours every night...

But the end results has FANTASTIC!

    Atum, so poor thing.

Just hope you make them very very tired so that they don't wake up in the middle of the night =D. My niece (5 years old) should be visiting me tonight, hence I will get her running around my Laptop again. -.-" *sigh*

    Re: Boring Week

    Okay now,

Next few 2010 projects that I am thinking of:

    1. Setting up a brand new server grade pc in prep. for web hosting.
    2. Instead of mobile broadband, I will switch to ADSL Modem with network capabilities (seperate devices)
    3. DIY Solar Project for room cooling. Perhaps 3 x 20w panels with full solar charge control, deep cycle battery 3x, Invertor and a fully modified DIY extension cord.
    4. Possible expansion of a new tank at the bottom of the current setup or another rack based tank.

    Re: Boring Week

Actually, I am still thinking of what other projects what I can do.

I am on the practical side now. If can, I will move the projects ahead, upsize it or downsize it. Some of these took a while like the solar thingies took 4 years of research itself. Well, sorta like have to look at the price thingies. When it hurt the pockets, it will burn a hole.

Yup! Prioritize.. Decided which is needed, wanted... And how big a hole you want to burn... Or a project that can patch the hole you burnt?

    Re: Boring Week

Oh...as far as learning curve is concerned. Spending just $2 on a lesson isn't really that much so to speak which I have anticipated in advance. Toxic is not the portion that I anticipate so better be careful than to be sorry later on.

Priortise hor, never! I just do it when the heat is on! Flame on! ha ha.

    Re: Boring Week

Actually, you can discuss with your partners. Girls would usually prefer marine tanks, more attractive to the eyes due to the variant in colors. I believe that is what is appealing to their sense of sight. Both of you could compete a planted tank and a marine tank, see who have the best one.

But first, you have to seduce her to the dark side. May the force be with you.

Haha... Maybe my wife is different? She was so happy when I cleared my marine setup and went back to freshwater... She didn't like the dried-up salt she saw near the aquarium... When I change water, tie moss, shift "furniture" in the tanks, also better for her not to be around....

    Re: Boring Week

Ho Ho...I forgot about that. salt deposits.

yah yah....ha ha....I do normally do that when the family is gone-ded, out of office (house). But better to clear that mess before they comes back..ha ha...a bit exciting there. Then they come back, they pop their eyes and say "waaaaaaaaaa..so beautiful". Heh Heh.

I just figured one more. Repair my 3ft tank once I finishes with my 2ft. Scape a new one, so I am scrapping the idea of setting another 2ft tank liaoz...told you I am flicker minded..ha ha.

    Re: Boring Week

Yup, running by the clock is fun sometimes, tick tock... tick tock....

I no longer have big tanks inside the house... only a 2ft and a 1ft (which i upgraded from a 8" last saturday when she's not around)... a 4ft outside my house which collects rainwater for watering plants... maybe will recommission the smaller tank when my apistos bears fries...

Setting up new tanks is fun mah... I setup a 1.5ft in office.. thereby influenced my colleague... he setup 2 more 2ft tanks...

    Re: Boring Week

Therefore, after one round of lontong + dough sticks for the morning breakfast. Put on my thinking cap and summary for the day:

    4. Repair to 3 ft tank and scape a new old tank or turn the 3ft into breeding ground for angel fish.

    Re: Boring Week

Continuing our last converse was that it is basically on probability.

Now I was being offered one of the worst subject combo you can find during my times. Accounts, Geography, Chinese literature, Human and Social Biology with the standard English, Chinese, Elementary Mathematics. So when I talk about probability, you would just need to think about Emaths. So is it something very difficult, not at all. What do you need? Excel Spreadsheet. Rest is quite elementary..heh don't think I need to go further.
