Hi there Nicholas. Currently have a trio of steel blue borelli & a pair of vetjeii. Think that's how you spell it. Would like to get more but need to set up another tank first. We have an excellant supplier of apistos here in Brisbane. I'm interested more in the Aequidens dorsiger of which not many folk seem to keep here. They have more interest in the greater cichlids that seem to smash each other up. Dwarfs for me any day.
What is the popularity of dorsiger for your neck of the woods/

Viejita are very colourful apisto. The one nearest to it is the macmasteri.

I used to have a pair of Wihelmi bred viejita.

It was one of my 1st pair of apisto.
