Is the fins always clamped? Try more aeration and black water extract. Bring up the temperature.

Just like humans, some recover faster and some slower. In this case, the ram could have been affected worse than other fish in the tank. If you can increase the temperature and let him remain stress free for the next couple of days, he might recover fully.

Thanks for the advices ! Manage to get rid of ick with aquari sol. Ram was found free of ick. But still looks the same as above when moving around the tank. But when its around the female ram its color comes back to normal.
It wasnt like this before. Its fins used to appear normal when its moving around. Now it looks clamped when moving only. Other than that it behaves like how it used to. But its ignoring the female ram most of the time. Rest of the time it fights with the female ram.
The male is still stressed I think. Normally, it will behave normally. heh.

Just as I turn off the aquarium light, the male ram woould be back to its normal color. As if its very sensitive to bright light which is very weird. My female ram is not like that.
