I am using a "Sera" CO2 Indicator, cost me $19 from Petmart. I comared and found the reaction is slower then the "Ehiem" CO2 Indicator.

I ran out of DIY CO2 in 3ft tank and it took nearly a day before the indicator turns blue (sera). My Friend's 4ft, I saw he change water, and indicator colours changed in 3 hrs indicating low CO2.

Anyway, after knowing the KH/PH/CO2 table, CO2 indicator is just a cosmetic addition to my tank. KH & PH tester is more important

mandaz, u shld look at bioplast's, looks something like ADA's.. nice and cheaper

The one look like ADA one, not effective enough. Think should consider other brands one....
