Suggestions for Company Dinner & Dance

Hi Guys/Gals,

I'm back again asking for suggestions and help. (Because this year I unluckily got arrowed to be in the Recreational Club)

We're having our Annual Dinner & Dance in 3rd week of April and would like to do something different this year, so instead of the usual sit down 10 course dinner, we were thinking of doing outdoor more interactive style of dinner. We'll have about 220-250 pax attending the dinner and food wise has to be HALAL as we've about 10-15% muslim friends. The following are what we've brainstorm

1. Marina Barrage
2. Sentosa
3. Night Safari

Try Hort Park

Got garden etc, sentosa and Marina Barrage very expensive.

Point to note: Must have back up plan like raining how etc. Outdoor very hot, so need tentage, and tentage not cheap. Also, after tentage will need fans etc, another cost, really not worth the effort, as you will get complains rather then a "well done".

think of transport convenience way for staff to travel thru and out, lah
