mutated bloodworm because of UV-X?I also preferred small size one because I only keep small schooling fish. By the way does bloodworm has expiry date?
Has anyone else noticed this with their Hikari UV-X frozen bloodworm? The worms are really huge. The previous size was so much more convenient since it's bite size for most fish. I really don't understand why the suppliers went with larger sized worms.
Mrs Toh at C328 did tell me the worms are larger for the current batch but I thought she was saying that they were a wee bit larger. I certainly did not expect them to be this big. Now I have to cut up the worms just to feed my fish.

Good news for those who use it to feed amphibians and bigger fishes.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
Robert,
Yes, Hikari ones have. It is stamped on, but very faint, I have been using it for a few years already and only just noticed it last night.![]()

hm... I need to check mine then. The color seem to be dark brown instead of usual red brown. Maybe it is expired. It has kept in the freezer for a while until found it last week![]()
If it's dark brown just throw it away.
Now the expiry date is fairly clear on the package, but because of the size, it is very troublesome to feed small fish.
