Nature Aquarium sells wire mesh but I only saw around 0.5ft x0.5ft. Not sure if he has 2ftx1ft.
Hi all,
Its good to be here, browsing the forum for a long time. I have learnt a lot from this community.I have slight experience growing riccia on flat stone tying them using 4lb monofilament...very tiring...took me about 2 hours to tie about 20 small stones of about 50 cents size. After that my eyes is like "PAK JIAO"
Currently intending to set up a simple 2ft tank with dwarf riccia as the only plant for carpet and decorate it with seiryu stones.Hence i humbly seek your advice as to where to get the fine stainless steel wire mesh size about 2ft X 1ft.
If possible if any bros, selling mini or dwarf riccia. Pls drop me an email @ [email protected]. So sorry that i have to post it here as i cant start new post at the marrket place.
What i would do is the lazy man way,cut holes in the wire mesh where i position the rocks and then fill the whole mesh with dwarf riccia. Its messy when trimming but the end result quite satisfactory.
Thankyou

Jalan besar area has shops that sell large meshes, but do remember to get aluminium based ones, else in the long run, those with iron content will rust.
I tied the small one together. I think it is easier to work with 0.5 x 0.5 pieces.
Thankyou bros.
Will search around the hardware shop for the meshes.

This place specializes in fine stainless steel fine wire cloth and they have a lot in stock. Used them in the past and they had a nice product.
Just an FYI for you guys out there looking.
