I think the toy on the left is raising your current PH higher, try to remove it, after changing water you should be seeing some difference on your PH. Your moss dont look healthy to me, looks pretty brown from what i see, when moss turn brown they do create oil film also.

i mean this toy, might have increase your PH, if is not then you got to consider item like rocks etc... and test the PH again.

ok i will remove it and test my water after 2 weeks.
thanks you the tip

Wow that is a pretty deep substrate, it should not be having problems maintaining pH under 7.0

hmmm ok i will update when the ph level gone down. now it still 7.5 ph

have you measured the pH of the water direct from your tap? or is it possible your test kit is faulty or not for freshwater?
Shouldn't be above 7.0 unless you have something very alkaline in your system.

my tap water is around 7 ~ 7.5 not sure also.
i'm using those solution to measure so i only can use the color chart to compair.
will measure again when i wake up for work.

Make sure your pH test kit is not a high-range or marine test kit. I've made that mistake before...
