
Try not to remove the female from the eggs. Let her do her brood care. When the fry are free-swimming, you can remove the female if you wish.
As for the mirror, like joop has said, it is not advisable to leave it in there the whole time. For short periods of time, the use of the mirror is fine.
Artificial hatching of the eggs is possible, but not if you're inexperienced in this. If you want to, just remove the cave if you wish, but remember, it must be constantly immersed in water. If you expose the eggs for any period of time to the air, be prepared for fungus. When you have the cave and eggs in the separate container, get a small airstone and set it to have a gentle flow and place it in the cave or nearby. Creating a regular current of water is important, but not turbulence. You might want to use some methylene blue at this stage to stave off any fungus.
Only do this however, if your female is not interested in egg/brood care. From what I see, she is taking care of the eggs and her cave all by herself, so it's best to let her do it.
