Hi all, Just wanna share with all out latest work.

We were approached in October 2011 to convert an old 422 arrowana tank into a paludarium and this is the outcome.

The whole set up took us only 3 hours (2 man) today.

    Here are the pictures.

It looks like there is no pump within the system. The cons of not having a pump is that the water is stagnant and the water is not cleaned by the filtering properties of the "soil". If the water is clear, then can put some fishes to prevent insect growth. Can supplment the tank with a 4ft LED lighting system.

    HI cdckjn,

This set up IS on a 480 LED system. In the LED set up, there are 24 blue LED built in to stimulate moonlight/nocturnal environment.

There are also 2 pumps circulating the water. I will post the video up once it is edited. Also, when I left the site at 1550 hours for another school to set up another 500 US gallon paludarium, the water has already cleared.

Bro, Felix, Thanks for the encouragement. I will post the pics once the live stocks are in.

    Regards.
