just want to check as now i am using ehiem 2211 connecting to HC100A for my 1 ft cube tank.

is it okay for this setup or is the chiller under use like am i damaging the chiller with a ehiem 2211?

i modify the chiller with a external temp probe (those i buy those digital thermometer and i cut and connect with the chiller) and now its doing good for me.

It takes 11mins to cool down and starts running around after 45mins. i'm setting the temp at 24 degree. whats the difference between those external thermostat and the temperature probe that i am using?

Minimum flow rate for the HC-100A on the Hailea site is given as 200 l/h.
The flow rate for the 2211 is stated as 300 l/h on the Eheim site, so I think it should be fine as long as the filter is not clogged up. However, using a bigger filter with a higher flowrate might be more advisable in the long run.
