Looking for bristlenose plecos

Hi, I am currently trying to look for bristlenose plecos for clearing algae but is unsure of where I would be able to find them, preferably in the Western part of Singapore. Also, how should I identify if the pleco is the correct one, especially when the LFS do not label their tanks. Thank you.

hi bro if you are talking about the west side, it would be none other than C328, you can look around for albino bristlenose, L144, "L183 (black with white spots and trimmings)" and occasionally there also the normal bristlenose available.

i believe you have seen bristlenoses before (either online or in tanks), in case you have not, try to google their juvenile and adult pics online so you can search for them yourself or you can ask either auntie or uncle for help..

Thanks, I'm just worried that I would mistake a common pleco for the bristlenose and buy the wrong one by mistake. I will try looking at C328. The auntie or uncle would understand if I ask them about bristlenose in English though? I do not know the Chinese name for bristlenose.

I got have some L144 for sale.

C328 has them in the tanks.

You need to tell them which L series are you looking for.

They have some L144 in the small tanks.
