    hi bros,

wondering is it advisable to transfer ferts into those wondergro kind of pump bottles? like pouring the whole bottle of excel into a pump bottle. is there any side effects? i remember those days in school where certain chemicals were stored in brown bottles for a purpose.

what about premixing ferts together? for example if you always dose 2 kinds of ferts at the same time, so you premix them together according to proportion.

Yes, I also find it very tedious to use the original Excel bottle and cap when dosing, will certainly the usage of the pump bottle which can be bought from Daiso, but is it viable?
Can I also check that Excel is just a clear liquid that smells like coconut as this is the first time I use it?
    Thanks.

I don't have chemistry background but I have been into the lab before.

Now forumers have been trying with other bottles like the most common brown bottle that we see for iodine. So it is possible. The thread above does shows one forumers going to walmart to get these bottles, and transfering them into those bottles with a syringes like cap. It is convenient.

Usually what I do is to keep syringes available. I do not mix until I need to dose, one thing for certain is that because I do not know if there will be chemical reaction or not. Another reason is that sometimes, I just want to read off the directions of that particular bottle E.g. trace elements. Dealing with seachem bottles means you have to bear with the disintegration of the sticker which is usually very irritating if it sticks to your hand.
