It looks like a young discus but heavily enhanced in red. If the body length (Tip of head to End of body) is less than 4 inch, then it is still unsexable. If the body length is bigger than 4inches, then likely sex towards a female.

For Male, the end of the dorsal is usually slightly pointed. Another thing to look at will be the breeding tube, near the anus, if the tube is round, it is female. if the breeding tube is pointed, it is male.

Please also note that discus that are heavily enhanced in color tend not to breed easily and they are usually more aggressive. Cheers!
