Saw this thread today, C328 both shops opened. C354 also open shop. All 3 open since Wednesday. C354 weekdays operates after 12pm so do take note of that.

C328 fish and florist will always open. Except CNY PH and Sunday. That means Public holiday, they still will open as long not Sunday and CNY PH
