    this plant i think need co2. if not will rot away.

    looks like HC to me.. HC is a light + co2 hungry plant..

    Agree...its probably HC (Hemianthus callitrichoides in case you want to look it up).

    Not a plant for the beginner and certainly not for low tech tanks. Without enough light and CO2 injections, most of the plants rot away and any remainers will start growing upwards in a bid to reach for the light and atmospheric CO2.
