Flushing and cleaning chillers

Anyone knows what is a good way to do it? Plug hose into one inlet and just fill with water? or add in some bleech?

Plug the hose and fill with water but add a pump and add it to flow from the outlet side. Reverse flow and change the water if there's too much gunk being flush out.
