Stuff it with useless items that dubai have...... the engineer part fails to calculate the current flows maybe.
I seen this world biggest aquarium personally when I were in Dubai last 2 months ago. And that tank's whole glass panel is 70cm thick and sealed off with hardened concrete epoxy and glass welding that made this mega tank almost impossible to leak unless some bad guys bomb it!
I thinks this must be the sabotage by jealous AlQaeda

It does not seem like a leak from the panel itself. Maybe from a pumping room or an adjacent facility that supplies/filters the water in that massive tank.
