lighting for planted 1.5 ft

hi all. i have question regarding to the lighting for a 1.5 ft tank. its gonna be stuffed with moss and low light demanding plants. should i got ahead with 2*15 FL lighting or should i scrap it and get a PL instead?

your thoughts please. Thank you

actually, PL and FL not much difference. some would say even no difference. so it's up to you to decide which one to get.

moss and low light plant, you might want to consider 18W or 24W
