Hi all, this is my Fire Red Shrimp( a few pieces of cherries is i n the tank too, fully aware that they will interbreed) tank! please comment

Yep, 1.5ft 5 plan tank. Bought these fire red at colourful, beside NA. They have red legs tho, supposingly to be FR. There are a few pieces of cherries in it too(fully aware that they will inter breed.)

Perhaps, this picture could better show my FR vs cherries as camera mode is right.

If you want to have a higher FR percentage of offsprings, get a full tank of FR.

hah, I wish to have that . I had cherries inside because I started off with cherries shrimp, then upgraded to FR... However, I didn't want to discard those shrimps Thus, keeping them inside still.

you can get those breeding tank L size to house them. i'm housing orange shrimps in my fire red and CRS tank. just put some moss for them to pick at will do.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried it but don't really like it hanging at the front of my tank. My tank is already very small standing at 1.5 ft and when i put teh breeding tank down, it really blocks my view. Planning to scoop the cherries shrimps up and pass it to my friend soon. really sad to let them go

Nice tank CPO, with the algae growth, it looks like a natural set-up. The shrimp must be very happy in there.

Thank you!I left the left side of the tank with lots of algae, the shrimplets loves to be there, feeding I guess.
