    your picture is really blur but I am certain it's a young L204/ flash panaque.

    It's Peckoltia sp. L80, i saw C328 stocks them recently... the fish on the picture is still young, i believe ard 2inch or less, so pattern may change/fade as the fish grow bigger. you can see the juvenile and adult coloration from planet catfish.

    on the other hand, L204 has dark brown body with thin gold lines and lyrated caudal.
