Re: Japanese Pure Red Line Red Bee Shrimp

    Nice solid colours there...

the intense red is really uncomparable to normal quality CRS..

By the way for the 3rd picture there is one shrimp with a pinkish colour on its head area will it affect the grading?

Thx for the answer I am wondering if I do selective breeding by keep separating the golden/snow white offsprings in my CRS tank, will they ever become pure red line in time?

Very nice pictures and shrimps, indeed! Seems like red leggs are a new trend on this species, aren't they?

The pinkish white piece looks like it's saying "I am angry"

I like the 'bleach' color run of red into the white areas on the head. I like it even more if there are more uneven reds covering the first white band of the head area.

I am getting even more confused when you said not necessary to the question of red legs. But than, from what I can see, it's the intensity of red and white that matters.

I think it is a matter of time for you to eliminate the snow whoite genes and after you have eliminated, it may appear again, as there is no good way to check that the genes has gone for good. Even with Japanese Pure Red Line, many breeders put up a disclaimer clause also.

The trend has started long ago in Japan. I guess still quite new in Germany, right? It ahs not really started here, or I would say it will not form a trend.

This is top notch stuff you have!! Great looking shrimps with great photography. Thanks for the sharing and poisoning.

Btw where did you buy them from and did you mix the mosura type with the "no-entry" type together?
