Can Riccia grow well with only lights and fertilizer?

Want to start a riccia only plantd tank. But no space to add in any CO2.

Question is: will the riccia grow well with only Lights and fertilizer??

It may be possible if your light intensity is strong and your KH level is about 8 to 10
