Dwarf Crayfish Tank

You know, I have the same feeling too. Mine was what claimed to be a dwarf tiger molted to all blue little crayfish looking. Maybe that's why I notice some agressive behaviour. It did once charge up the front and "show" it's pincers at me when I try to take a closer look. But some freak accident happened and all inhabitants died. The so call blue crayfish and the otto as well. I think it had something to do with my water change. But that was like a couple months back since my last post.

Now "restart" again... Rescape my tank plain. With a few nanas, Spiky moss tied to wire mesh. Now have 2 orange CPOs and an otto. The CPOs hides underneath and behind the wire mesh... Plus already added the sponge to the inlet (learning from mistakes)

perhaps next time buying higher end crayfish you may consider selecting the slightly grown up ones where colors proves the right species. i think a lot of baby crayfish look pretty similar. i always do a 50% water change to avoid stressing out all the creatures... haha.. looking forward for more of your lobster adventures
