most lfs do not do refill, usually send out to some industrial gas company.. for on the spot refill, u can look up system and control
i heard there r 2 types of co2 refill.tank to tank and the other is by freezing our cylinder and by pressure? Does sam yick does their co2 refill on their own or by third party?

CO2 refills are usually done by using a compressor with a CO2 scrubber, or by tank to tank refills... The former usually requires you to leave your tank with the shop while the latter is usually immediate...
For tank to tank refills, I recommend either Soxal, or system and control... the others I have tried don't do as good a job.
