Where to buy good quality CRS in Shanghai?

Hi guys~ Would need you assistance as to where to buy good quality CRS in Shanghai as i am contemplating a holiday trip there. Would be good if i can find some CRS there. Also what are the pricing of the CRS there like? Appreciate your help in advance!

You can't find high grades crs from shops ,only from hobbiests. the price depends on the seasons as there's are four seasons there. it's almost the same as here.
