White worm like thing on my tank??

thing is, even with controlled feeding, the worms appear from time to time, just killed one(tiny, bout 2mm)yesternight. i only feed every other day plus, take excess food out after bout 2 hours!!
with such a feeding regime, i get a worm once a week or so...

well it works for me... and I don't feed so often cause once I feed yamato starts chasing food... they don't work on algae... I feed only once in awhile... only that I overfeed sometimes but now no such problems I feed very little less often... I more often feed algae wafers which tend to be less messy thus less worms... at least what I think should be...
