German Rams

Any recent sighting of German Rams? (not the balloon variety).
Went to NA, Seaview, Yun Feng, Y618, C328, polyart etc but did not spot any.

I saw some in C328 last Saturday.
Its in the tank with plecos next to where the book are sold, second tier from bottom and left most.
If you still can't find it just ask Mrs. Toh.
She can order more if they are sold out.

Biotope is another place to go for nice Rams.

Biotope has male German Rams. The ones at C328 look more like females, especially the ones in the pleco tank that celtic mentioned.

Was at Petmart just now, the fella was saying that it's seasonal... not really right?

Just saw them in C328 yesterday.
These are not sexed and held in the tank next to the books.

Not sure if its seasonal although they are not widely available recently. I just got my male from biotope on Sunday and female is from C328 2 days ago in the tank mentioned by celticfish & stormhawk.

looking for a pair. anyone sighted? also interested in electric blue and Bolivian

Seen Bolivians at C328 about 2 weeks back. Their stock comes in on an irregular basis. Look at the "mixed" tanks at the side near the brine shrimp, live food etc. In those tanks with the cheap tetras and barbs.

Electric Blue.. someone mentioned seeing them at NKS. Not sure if they're still there. Problem with the electric blue is sexing them, since their females do not exhibit the purple belly.

As for the German Rams... normal Rams are sold at C328. They're always in the tank just below the pleco tanks near the counter.

Well the C328 fish have potential. Just need the time and effort to give them a good home and wait for them to show their true colours. Many time while in the LFS, especially in cramped conditions like C328, they're always stressed and so, you don't see their full potential.

Always good to grab some and bring them home. You never know if you'll end up with a gem.

C328 has a large bagful of rams that came in today. At least 50 over pieces. But they're the normal rams (not balloon ver). Looks good.

mad, doesn't seem easy to sex the Bolivian Rams. I don't think they're too expensive. Probably less than $5 each.
