Hey guys, I was wondering if there are any species of coldwater freshwater shrimps/ algae eaters that exist? They should be able to survive with goldfish..Sorry if it seems like a stupid question as I always seem to find tropical shrimps/algae eaters and not coldwater ones..

So there are no large enough shrimps that will not be eaten up as food by goldfish?

How cold is cold? Most shrimps can survive colder water, depending on your definition of cold. But unfortunately, goldfish will feed on all of them, regardless of species. I had a giant yamato, about 2 inches, and i spotted it one day with half of its body protruding out of my goldfish's mouth.
