u can get them at crshaven , but u have to order it , about the pricing i dun noe much u have to contact them for it .

Hmmm.. There seems to be nothing much over there at Green Chapter.. The last time i went there, they ran out of CRS? Uncle there does not have any knowledge of his products too.. In my honest opinion, the pricing there are a tad expensive too.. Crs pricing only slightly lower than CRS Haven.. =.= Basically has very little stuff.. Drop by only if you have the extra time.. Oh ya.. Opening hours are not very fixed.. Try to call before you go down~ =)

I agreed with you. They seems to pack their price slightly below CRS Haven. They still can tell me their price is cheaper than CRS Haven which is supposing sky high already. hehe...
Anyway they have some range which lfs don't sell eg. Blue Fire Shrimps and Blue Bee Shrimps. Heard they are also looking into bringing in the orange eyes shrimps. Currently they run out of Fire Red Shrimps but they got plenty of it's shrimplets.
I would say, nice to go down to see but up to you whether you like to get it as the plus point is that you can choose your own shrimps. Cheers.

I think pricing is influenced by the business focus. Being a boutique style LFS, they carry very limited stock. Also, the shrimps are in tanks, where buyers get to pick and choose. All these factors attribute to higher price.
The consolation, these shrimps are already in tank. They may be accustomed to local condition, stress level is lower, thus survival rate of such shrimps are usually better than shrimps in bags.
Coming back to the thread title. The 'orange eyes' are also known as Golden Eyes. Such shrimps are costly. Check some bidding sites and you may be able to find and have an idea of what price people across the globe are paying.
We are not talking about 2-5x higher price than a black eye equvilant of that shrimp breed. There is a chance it's 10-30x higher. How many locals are willing to pay such price? That explains why these shrimps are not brought in (it's not common too).
