Bought this 2 apistogramma to test my water condition. 328 uncle told me is 1m/1f. Can i know the name and whether is 1 male 1 female?

Ya looks like caca triple red but is 2 malee.
Both are males. Go back and change for a female.

Yup, both are males. I have never seen a female with fully colored fins before.
first one does look like a female, black on ventral fin, first 3 spine on the dorsal fin is black. Best to change if you have doubt
Both of them are like flapping their tail against one another since i put them together. Then one of them have no line on their stomach, instead left only a black dot on the stomach. So confirm is 2male?
The one with the black blotch could be the female, which is it? photo 1 or 2?
Having said that, the only way to confirm the sex is when the female turns yellow.

coloration can varies, no hard fast rules that the female should be plain jane. I have seen some colorful female caca before. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Food wise, best to start with frozen bloodworm. Not all fishes can readily accept pellets.
Ok, so i use frozen bloodworm to pump her 1st then.
Double red can comm with caca?
Technically possible but all depends on the fish

WOW!! you got a nice male triple red!! Usually triple reds have colour on their dorsal caudal and anal fons but yours have colour even on the ventral fins too!!!
So i'm lucky to got this pair of apisto? Haha, it was put at a corner of c328 where i random spotted it.

One question, the male seem to nudging the female everytime. But when the female enter the cave, the male just look inside then swim away. They been displaying to one another since yesterday morning.
