    Hi, just a curious fact,

many people in this forum recommends 1ppm PO4 to 10ppm NO3 if i didn't remember wrongly.
However, in Amano's aqua journals, the po4 seems less than 0.5 or 0.5 and NO3 is 5ppm. or near there.

    Any comments?

Unfortunately there are no hard and fast rules... Use whatever works for you. These levels are just meant to be a recommended guideline.

Actually the recommended levels are 5 to 10 ppm of NO3 and PO4 is 10% of NO3 levels.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Another regretable fact is that most hobbist can't afford a electronic tester for such readings to be accurate. So those that you add in might in one or another way "overdose" without your knowledge.
