13w clamp on light enough for a 1.5ft tank?

I'm having some christmas moss and taiwan moss at the moment and plan to have one moss wall up sometime soon. Any opinions? Thanks so much. Btw, I just intend to keep a moss tank.

I think for moss the light should be enough as it does not like high light, under high light it may not grow well(from some one in the forum).
