Small tank crash easy to reset. 1 hour? 2 hours?
Anyway as I said, the bubbles is so much it's uncountable so no point to compare.
Your idea doesn't work on a large tank unless get a huge and efficient reactor.

Not a bad idea because right now bubbles flying everywhere.

Small tank easy to reset so big tank no need to reset or just let it crash. my friend most of them is using that method on their big tank and seen alot in oversea people doing that also, maybe you haven try or method is wrong. Injecting CO2 into the canister is a long time method, even before diffuser is so popular and not neccesary to use big CO2 reactor to do that. Btw they still use bubble counter before inject into it. Anyway no point OT on that since it is already proven long time ago.

Guys, thanks for advise but no need to argue anymore. I am getting 2 sets of 2078 from na later in view of good price, better filtration and useable for upgrade to bigger tank

Question now is how to ensure water from each filter is mixed properly so no drop in chilling rate (one to chiller, one to reactor). Thinking of pairing different filter input and output at each corner.

    Re: Using 2 x 2078 filters?

Upgrade to 2 x 2078 completed. Was quite tired. Not easy, have to worry about all the hoses and connections to the lily pipes, chiller and reactor, took me a day with one unfortunate event: one of them leaked and flooded my floor! Was very surprised given my experience with a few previous eheim filters, got it replaced by NA.

Just to share also, the filter connected to the reactor shows full 6 bars on the flow indicator while the other connected to chiller shown 2 bars less. Shows that chiller reduces flow more than CO2 reactor!
