Showcasing my F0 pandas. Tank 422, 30 degrees (heater), Tankmates: Juruparis, spotted SD, Juru, Irwini, Jag cat. Diet: Sinking Carni and Frozen BW.

After 2 unsuccessful attempts in the past, I finally have a stable colony of 9 Panda Uarus. Size about 5"+ to 7".

What the literature said about getting them 4"+ for better survival rate is true for me. They are very sensitive fish like altums in the beginning, once stable, are hardy.

Very beautiful and graceful, especially when flaring and floating still in the current. Unable to sex visually, venting not done yet.

    Hope you guys like them.

Very nice and beautiful fish. You using 4 Eheim canister filter? They require strong current? Thanks for sharing.

    Using 3 cannisters ( 2 Pro 3 and 1 Pro 2) - more for overkill filteration.

Thanks guys. Pandas are not readily available, although there have been breeding reports already.

    These guys are wild caught.
