Need help on 2 pin PL light (compact flourescent)

Does anyone know that whether there is any electronic ballast for these lights?

I need to drive 2x 11watt
I went to many shops around sim lim....at least 2 shops tell me this light can only driven by magnetic ballast (the conventional heavy type)

Your help is appreciated.

You can use 2X18W electonic ballast if you want. I've done this config before without any problems.

An eletronic ballast for single tube has 4 output.
for double tube has 8 output.

Can you please share the connection information , my type of PL light only has 2 pin.
