    My opinion:

    A: Grade SS, perhaps No-Entry or Little Lips
    B: Grade SS
    C: Grade SS
    D: Grade S or SS

    I cannot say which sex they have; pictures are too unclear.

    All should be Grade SS (Hino)

    from the head shape, i can identify A as a female. B not sure. C and D should be males.
