try to put the mini us fissden near the CO2 source and lift it nearer to the light source.

Hi guys, i totally new to planted tank. Just setup one 1.5 feet tank with these following plants, US fissiden, Mini Us fissiden, coral pellia and mini pellia.
Using 1.5 ft T5 light from NA. Water maintain at 25"c with CO2 (1 bps)
I have a few questions, does all these plants need fertilizer? I know the growth for these plants are very slow. I wish to speed up the growth of the plant. Any fertilizer recommended?
Another question, not sure is these the right forum. My mini us fissiden is slowing turning black. Its look like its dieing, anyone can advise how to save it?
Thank guys
