Where would I get reasonably priced tools for a planted aquarium.

1. Tools to plant
2. Scissors to trip and spruce the growth
3. Fishing Line and Net's to ensure the Moss is kept in control
4. Diffuser and Bubble Counters for CO2
5. Battery Operated Oxygen Pump
6. Silicon Piping

how come need item no 5? silicon piping is it those air tube hose?

I want the Silicon piping for tubing between the CO2 Cylinder and the Bubble Counter and then from there to a Reactor or a Diffuser

Hi bro

You still use the normal clear PVC tubing (not piping). I know in Mumbai, you can try Hardware shops and you may find silicon tubing but you need to measure the dimension of outside diameter of connector(C02 cylinder and bubble counter) and you highlight the hardware shop ," i need silicon tubing to fit into OD size of my connector." I'm sure they will provide you the variety for you to choose.

Yeah Eddie, either we are too primitive with the Hobby or probably my understanding and knowledge of the Hobby is inferior. I shall be eagerly looking at options available in Singapore

bro royston, you will find everything you need at the 2 LFS i introduce to you few nights ago. just prepare to spent around 1k SGD for your items ( chiller / moss/ tools). hee hee
