Looking at your equipment list, you definitely have a good skimmer to support your load. But the tang's are the poo machine so you should continue to keep the tank in optimum shape. You could cut down the feeding but do so when your mandarin has gain weight.

What happen to your purple queen anthias? The copperband butterfly and the Singapore angelfish could be a hit or miss depending on your luck.

It KO for unknown reason after 2 weeks
will change target to Bartlett's Anthias instead

bought a big and fat CBB from a reefer last week
but my yellow tang keep chasing it, even until today
hope both of them can live in harmony

Nope, I believe your purple anthias KO due to it not eating. They are not tank friendly and should be left in the ocean. Even if you dump food into the tank, they still would not eat and will waste away eventually. I only know of a single reefer who had success with 1 pc of purple anthias amongst the few he originally purchase.
