Can assasin snails and horn nerite snails cohabit in the same tank peacefully?

Hi bros, i have this question that so far i have not found an answer to. I have been looking at different forums and webbies with regards to this question but somehow they are quite contradictary. There are some that says they can co-exist while some says that they do eat horn nerites as well.

Any bros who can guide me on this? As my tank suddenly had quite a few snails coming out of nowhere.. Abit tedious to pick them out everyday so i thought to add some assasin snails in to settle the problem. Appreciate any guidance i can get! Good day!

Hmmm.. Thanks for the link bro.. Have read it up but still nothing conclusive.. There is nothing solid to prove that they do or do not eat horn nerites.. But they are useless in my opinion.. On top of Otos eating my shrimp Mosura food, the assasin snails stick on the food as well~ My snails are still there.. Gosh! And they sure are slimy~ Poor Crs.. Food keeps getting snatched by others.. Anyone has any pointers?

It seems to does wonder in cutting down the snail population, plenty of empty shells around. But it went missing in action recently, perhaps burying in the substrate
