Best option I think is to sell in Forum marketplace. Benefits yourself and the buyer. I noticed that Eheim filters move very fast in the marketplace. Maybe reliable brand name like Toyota (previously..) and replacement parts are fairly easy to obtain.
Its an Eheim 2228 and the outflow rate is getting weak.
Have you taken it apart to check the impeller and seals?
It should be fairly easy to find parts and fix it. Or if you're not mechanically inclined, you could consider taking it down to NA and have Mr Chan take a look at it.
Eheim canisters are known to last for 10+++ years with little maintenance / repairs.
